Uncle Jack Turns the Big 5-0!!

Disclaimer: This blog entry is not to be taken as a complaint.

This evening Uncle Jack turned 50 and had a big celebration in his honor (LOTS of FUN!!!). My sister and I arrived late because we also attended our cousin Jakes wedding (previous entry). Now I am typically the one to take pictures, but seeing as I was going to be late, Curt was in charge of the camera this evening.

When I downloaded the memory card, here is what I found:

Me with my two MUCH older cousins. They were wearing name tags claiming to be someone's favorite, but clearly this just demonstrated their confusion.

Signe with Grandpa Jon.

Jackson with a lot of cake on his face.

Uncle Chuck and Jon in conversation.
For those of you that weren't at the party, here is what was missed....
All of the little kids danced their buns off. We did a huge "hokey pokey"and turned ourselves around several times. My mom gave a wonderful toast with slideshow and all. Uncle Jack took the mic and performed two songs with the band. His older kids were bartending and Cami had two or three outfit changes. And I promise... the Birthday Guy was there, we spent time with him, laughed, had a great time!!!
