Celebrate Fall

In celebration of the season change this week Sawyer and I decided to end dinner with a little caramel on our apples... Boy oh boy is he a fan!! We ran out of caramel and had to add more twice before we were able to finish our 4 apple slices.

I Give Up

We returned home from a long week in San Fran and Curt had to turn around and leave again for a week.... I am exhausted, struggling with some swelling, we have had 10+ inches of rain (equals indoors for us) and after several days of balancing work with a toddler I just gave up tonight!!

Merry Go Round

Sawyer is starting to answer questions with a head shake "yes" and "no", so the conversation this morning...

Mommy: Sawyer do you want to ride a pony?
Sawyer: Yes (head shake)
Daddy: Do you even know what a pony is?
Sawyer: No (head shake)
Daddy: But you want to ride one?
Sawyer: Yes (head shake)

We thought it was nonsense, but as you can see Sawyer knew what he was talking about -- he had a lot of fun!

Dunlap Day

Sawyer and Daddy spent the day at GM's today (Mommy had to fly to SFO) and had all kinds of fun with the Dunlap's!

New Babies

We had a fun dinner at the Oleson's this evening, but from my pictures you would think that only Leo and Owen were there.... I did not do a good job with taking pictures.

It was so fun to Owen Pudney and to meet Leo Bender!!! We also had lots of fun with the Bromenshenkel Girls, Alexis, and Jack-E-Doo.

We went up to Miami this evening before our flight to MN tomorrow. Sawyer and Daddy played in the pool before we headed to dinner with Neil and Caroline.

The "Blue Monster" was lots of fun --- Sawyer and Mommy did it over and over the next morning...

Sawyer's teeth have put him a bit under the weather today and Curt had a long day in the hot sun. The two of them crashed on the couch together after dinner --- pretty cute!!

Sunset Dinner

We had dinner tonight at Morada Bay during the most gorgeous sunset. We enjoyed the company of our friends Buddy and Jo while the boys (Sawyer and Dax) ran around the beach.

I understand that I am a little biased, but do believe that this should be the new billboard for Morada Bay -- who wouldn't want to eat and enjoy the scenery with this face?
