Big Puddles

We have had so much rain today... Our street is just about flooded and made for the perfect splash pond!

Also, made for great "marching" practice...

Amazing Dinner Sky

Daddy had Sawyer flying around wrapped in a pillow this morning --- LOTS OF FUN!!


We enjoyed the Hogfish that Chad and Curt shot in the Bahamas tonight with friends on the patio and the sunset created an amazing backdrop!!

Water Babies

Cousin Cami is staying with us for a couple of weeks - yeah!!
So, we hit the water today.

We are trying to teach Sawyer to leave his sunglasses on - it will be a process....

Later in the afternoon we went and met friends for the sunset and some fun

They were dropping their drinks over the gate and then trying to get in the best position to see them... Fun Game!

Reading with Grandma

Sawyer loves to read his bedtime stories with Grandma... His favorite part of "Goodnight Moon" is "hush" and he likes to help Grandma with the hand motion that accompanies the whisper.

Play Date with Alexis

Work travel brought me back through MN and I was able to spend the day with Marnie and Alexis.... by spend the day, I really mean ran after two kiddos while Marnie bossed me around from the couch =)

It was very fun!!! And exhausting -- no one should have to manage two children 4 months apart day in/out.

Sawyer thought Alexis was very funny at breakfast...


And after lunch they got my attention to let me know they were stuck in a box!


We sure wish we lived closer!!!

Owen William Pudney

Our very dear friend Christine gave birth to her gorgeous little boy, Owen William Pudney, at 2:10a today. He was 7 lbs, 14 ounces and 20 1/4 inches long. I had the privilege of being one of his first visitors this morning --- easy to fall in love with the little guy.

Both mom and Own are healthy and doing great!!

LUNCH LADY!!!

Sawyer had the opportunity to meet one of our FAVORITE people this evening!!

We had a fun visit with the Jack Mac's and then he took a snooze on the way to the Lunch Lady's house (Jan).


There was cool Harley's to sit on...


And we had a very yummy sloppy joe dinner... the many varieties of chips was Sawyer's favorite part!




Sawyer really liked Goshua.... as long as Josh was giving him chips =)


As we were leaving the Lunch Lady gave Sawyer his own "lunch to go" and he opened it first thing when we got home and loved all the treasures!




We can't wait to see Jan again!!

Duluth Visit with Plachecki's

We drove up to Duluth yesterday to spend time with friends and family.

Sawyer got to meet Grandpa's new dog, Bob.

He also had lots of fun playing with Great Auntie Lynne and cousins Zarley and Zander.

After a fun sleep over with Great Grandma P. we had some breakfast treats and some snuggle time before we headed out to see the Great Slonim's =)

Playtime with Gray and Lucy

Sawyer had a blast today playing with his Duluth friends Gray and Lucy. Oh he wishes he could play with them all the time!!
