28 Week Ultrasound

Well, it's been 4 weeks since our last ultrasound...
Curt was booked fishing so our dear friend
Kathleen joined me for this ultrasound (and a bit of
shopping in Miami).

Our son is growing according to plan. He currently
weighs 2 lbs, 9 oz. His heart rate was 137 beats per minute.

We got to see him yawn during the ultra-sound as well
as see his diaphragm practicing breathing motions.
So very cool!!

We attempted the 3D ultrasound images, but the little
guy had his face pressed up against my uterine wall
so we were not successful, hopeful for next time.

Our next ultrasound is scheduled for February 28th!

technician couldn't get over his cute button nose.... Curt
and I can't figure out where that would come from?!?!!

27 Weeks

We spent the weekend at Atlantis in the Bahamas.
That is a huge property to walk for the (nearly) 7 months
pregnant girl!!

Getting bigger.... This picture was taken after a huge
dinner, but not sure if the before shot would have
made that much of a difference. HA!

Raft Up BBQ

This evening we all gathered by boat for a BBQ
on the water.

25 Week Bump

I am a day late in posting my 25 week bump shots
and no real good excuse.

We had a BBQ on the water tonight with several
friends - those pictures to follow.

All is well.... healthy and feeling great!!
No Dr appointments until Jan 30th.

Week 24 Ultrasound

Hello All!

I met with our Ob/Gyn this morning and we
have scheduled the delivery of our son...

April 14, 2009 @ 8:30a

Now we just need to pray that he stays inside
me until then!!

I also saw our neonatalogist this afternoon for our
24 week ultrasound. All looked very healthy and
we do not not need to go back for four weeks.

We got this beautiful face profile picture today.
Heart rate was 138.
